Big Green Egg Dealer Day 2024

Big Green Egg invited us to their Demo Day at the beautiful setting of Lainston House in Winchester.

Celebrating 50 years, the Big Green Egg really is the pinnacle of kamado-style barbeques.

Along with a number of dealers from across the UK, the day started out with a fun-filled scavenger hunt team building exercise before sitting down to get a sneak peak into what 2024 holds for Big Green Egg and their 50th Birthday celebrations.

Our team then got to see some great dishes being cooked up by two guest chef’s and Big Green Egg Ambassadors – Ross Anderson of Roam Catering and Ross Geach of Padstow Kitchen Garden before getting hands on and having a go themselves.

Testing out the Large Big Green  Egg & Mini-Max Grills, the boys tried out recipes from Pork Chops with Tomato Salsa to Spiced Lamb Skewers with Naan Breads. These recipes showed off the grilling versatility of the Big Green Egg from smoking to baking, roasting to grilling – you really can cook just about anything!

Safe to say, the team had a great day at Lainston House with thanks to Big Green Egg.
