Contura i4 Modern blends easily into your home and is easy to position in the fireplace. Contura i4 gives the old fireplace new life with a stripped down design, generous glass and efficient technology.

We wanted to preserve the feel of the old house we bought, but not live in a museum. Saving the old woodwork was obvious, but we wanted to give the old coal-burning stove a modern and discrete style. It should be obvious that it is modern and has efficient technology! The large glass door lets the beautiful fire really come into its own. The heat output actually surprised us, and it’s a bonus that it can be fired in such an environmentally friendly way.

Simple to use

Contura products are equipped with a single control for exact output regulation, which allows simple and precise combustion control.

Removable handle

Take the handle off and put it to one side to keep it cool for the next time you add wood

Convection box

The inserts consist of a convection box and a firebox. The convection box is easy to install, adjust and connect to the chimney, either straight up or at a 45° angle diagonally backwards.
